Terms of Service

Welcome to Testver. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of testver.com — our marketing site, your Testver account dashboard, and the prepaid AI credit plans that power Testver's managed AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The self-hosted Testver tool itself is separate software that runs on your own infrastructure and is provided free of charge; these Terms cover the account and billing platform around it.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
  • You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe — notify us at support@testver.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Your Testver account also signs you into our support platform.

2. Plans, payments, and AI credits

  • Prepaid, never auto-renewing. Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed term. Nothing charges automatically; when a term ends, you choose whether to buy again.
  • Credit cycles. Plans grant AI credits per monthly cycle. Unused cycle credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
  • Extra usage packs are a separate credit reserve that does not expire; the reserve is consumed only after your cycle allowance runs out.
  • Free Starter plan. The free tier is available once per person. We may block or revoke free claims that abuse this limit (for example via multiple or disposable-email accounts).
  • Renewals. Buying while a plan is active books your next term, which starts when the current term ends.
  • Taxes. Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes (such as GST for Indian customers), which are added at checkout where required.
  • Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI, or bank details.

3. Refunds

Because plans are prepaid, short-term, and never auto-renew, purchases are generally final. If something went wrong with a purchase — a duplicate charge, a payment captured without credits arriving, or a billing error — contact support@testver.com and we will make it right. Where we issue a refund, the credits associated with that purchase are revoked. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.

4. Fair and acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, share, or transfer your AI key or credits outside your account or team.
  • Circumvent credit metering, free-tier limits, rate limits, or any security or authentication measure.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to generate unlawful content.
  • Interfere with the Service or overload it with automated requests.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. AI output

AI-generated tests, code, analyses, and reports are produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or executing it against your systems. AI features depend on third-party model providers and may change as models evolve.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, logos, and original content — is owned by Testver or its licensors. Code generated for your projects by Testver's AI features belongs to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself without our permission.

7. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend AI access or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the free tier, or create risk for the Service or other users — without notice where necessary.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time. Your self-hosted Testver installation and your test code keep working regardless of your account status.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY AI OUTPUT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TESTVER AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Testver and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may modify the Service or update these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction at Testver's principal place of business.
